Our basic purpose is to create a social welfare system making production and creating employment as well as enabling everyone or entity in this process to provide fair share from produced value by means of establishing a steady economic growth and a strong production economy.

It will be provided that those people contributing to the creation of value added benefit from the share and the poor will no contribution to the production process are supported and saved from poverty through social protection programs.

Implementation of economic and social policies in harmony to support those having low and fixed income and fair distribution of income will be ensured.

By promoting production, economic structure enabling to earn money easily and discouraging the employment will be terminated.

Social Protection for Families

Social protection implementation for families will be carried out by starting unemployment benefit payment program until head of family is employed.

Struggle against Poverty

The struggle against poverty will be applied in a way that the poor will be brought in producing position and they will be able to live on their own earnings.

Tax will be extended toward base and tax burden of poor community will be lessened and it will be provided that the poor and individuals under impoverishment risk will receive more shares from national income through transfer policies to be applied.

Useable areas selected from state-owned idle lands will be allocated to unemployed and poor citizens for agricultural production and employment purpose.

It will be ensured that basic needs and education, health and social services are made accessible and available for the poor.

The burden of compulsory education and basic health services on family budget will be ended.

It will be ensured that the poor benefit from social aid programs and no one is left poor or homeless.

Social Services and Social Welfares

Social welfares and social services executed by different organizations for citizens who are helpless, old, homeless, handicapped and those in need of specific care will be structured as a modern and integrated system.

Social protection information system will be established, and it will be provided that the citizens who benefit from social welfare programs will get support in accordance with their needs and this process will be monitored.

In providing the effective reach of social welfares to poor communities, activities of local administrations, private sector and nongovernmental organizations in cooperation with central administration will be supported.

Social compensation payments made to war veterans, martyr families and those who are victim and disabled while struggling against terror will be raised to a sufficient level to maintain a life with dignity and they will benefit from social housings freely.

At first war veterans, martyr families and those who are victim and disabled while struggling against terror will be given priority for employment so that their contribution to production and participation in society will be ensured.

War veterans, martyr families and those who are victim and disabled while struggling against terror will be advantageous in benefitting from public services.
